At our studio, we believe in empowering our students through movement and mindfulness. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are, whether you're a beginner or an experienced practitioner. We encourage each individual to find their edge and learn when to push past it or when to pull back. Our beginner classes focus on building strength and listening to the body's messages. Our infrared Hot yoga purifies both body and mind, while adding an extra element to the physical challenge. Our Aerial, Barre & BodyFit classes challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, where growth and positive change thrive. Want to unwind from the day? Our meditation classes offer a safe space to surrender the day, release worries and feel lighter than when you arrived. In addition to the physical practice, our classes include little messages of wisdom that shift the mindset into a place of power. Absolutely! Yoga is inclusive and suitable for all levels of experience. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, you're warmly welcomed at Dhyana Yoga. Don't be deterred by concerns about flexibility or strength – everyone begins their journey at their own pace. In each Dhyana Yoga class, we foster an environment where you're encouraged to honor your body and do what feels right for you. If you're new to yoga, simply let our instructors know, and they'll gladly offer guidance, demonstrate basic techniques, and assist you in modifying poses to suit your individual needs.

Our bathroom is out our main door, in the hallway.

We recommend breathable, stretchy workout attire that allows you to move freely. Practice barefoot or in slip-resistant yoga socks available for sale in our lobby. Bring your own yoga mat, water, and for hot yoga, a hand towel. Need a mat? We sell Manduka mats, or we have a few studio mats available to borrow (first come, first serve basis). Bottled water is $2 in-studio, but you can refill your bottle at the water fountain nearby.

We are in The Shoppes at North Brunswick on the second floor above Talbots. Walk to the side of the building for our entrance. Once you're on the second floor we are halfway down the hallway on the left.

We offer two Beginner Hot Yoga Flow classes per week. Monday at 7:30 PM and Thursday at 7:15 PM.

Absolutely! Your yoga practice is completely personal to you. Feel empowered to take breaks, skip poses, or rest in child's pose or savasana whenever you need to. Listen to your body and do what feels right for you. Your comfort and well-being are our top priorities.
