I fell in love with this studio from my very first class. I highly recommend the introductory offer of unlimited classes for one month-- it allowed me to attend a variety of classes, and I loved them all! Every instructor, while each so different individually, had a spiritual touch to begin their class. The atmosphere allows you to detach from the cares of life and devote an hour to your own wellness and inner peace. All the instructors are approachable, easy to talk with, and eager to help you feel comfortable in their class. You will love practicing yoga here.
