Experience the transformative power of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic and structured practice that builds strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. Rooted in tradition, this class integrates long-held postures for 5 breaths, mixed with vinyasa, and emphasizes balancing, standing, and seated poses while working with energy locks for detoxification through the breath. Our offerings include both traditional and non-traditional Ashtanga classes, with some teachers focusing on the Primary Series and others mixing elements of the Second Series. Students will always be challenged to learn and grow. Additionally, we offer Ashtanga Labs to break down key poses for deeper understanding and Mysore pop-up classes for a more personalized practice.
