Please find our studio above talbots at the shoppes at north brunswick, Enter around the side of the building, we are on the second floor, halfway down the hallway on the left.

For the best experience at Dhyana Yoga, please keep the following guidelines in mind and review our studio policies below:

Arrival: Aim to arrive 10-15 minutes before the session begins so you can check in at the desk and secure your belongings and your spot in class.

Essential Items: Please bring a towel, mat, and water bottle to every session. Studio mats are available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis if needed. We also have Manduka mats available for purchase in the lobby.

Respectful Practice: Maintain a serene environment by silencing your devices and refraining from leaving class prematurely to honor others' practice.

MATS & TOWELS

For hygiene purposes, we encourage you to bring your own yoga mat. However, if you require one, mats are available for purchase at the studio.

LATE ARRIVALS

For safety considerations, we adhere strictly to a no-late-entry policy. Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the scheduled class time, as late entry is disruptive to the students and teacher. If you know you will be late, please contact the studio.

MANDATORY CHECK-IN

Upon arrival, if no one is at the desk to help you check in, please use the provided iPad at the front desk to check in.

LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS

Workshops: There are no refunds if I cancel my registration for a workshop, class, or event at Dhyana Yoga + Wellness.

Aerial Only: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before class starts to avoid fees or session deductions.

AERIAL WAITLIST

Treat your waitlist reservation as seriously as a class reservation. If you're moved from the waitlist into the class but cannot attend, our late cancel/no-show policy applies.

If you're on the waitlist, you will be sent an email and given an hour to respond before the next person is offered the spot. Please confirm or deny your reservation as early as possible.

CHILDREN IN THE STUDIO
While we understand the challenges of balancing family life and your yoga practice, children are not permitted to accompany you to the studio or remain in the lobby while you are in class. There will be no staff available to supervise them, and we cannot allow children to be left unattended. This policy ensures a safe and peaceful environment for all clients, and we appreciate your cooperation.

CELL PHONE USAGE
We encourage everyone to disconnect during class to fully immerse in your practice. We understand, however, that some enjoy capturing their practice on film to share on social media. If you wish to film during class, please position yourself in the back row to ensure that only you appear in the footage and no one else is inadvertently filmed. Please note that teachers and staff reserve the right to designate certain classes as free of filming at any time.
