Begins October 2025 | Integrated Format (In-Person + Home Study)
This training is rooted in the traditional Ashtanga lineage—a system that values discipline, integrity, and a steady unfolding of practice over time. Rather than rushing to mold teachers, our approach emphasizes depth over speed, self-inquiry over performance, and consistency over perfection. While we draw from Ashtanga's structure, our teaching reflects the evolution of yoga in a modern world, blending tradition with accessibility.
Throughout the training, karma yoga is not just a concept—it’s a practice. Each student will engage in service-based work as part of their training journey, learning that teaching begins not with performance, but with presence, humility, and contribution. We believe that how you show up in your community is as vital as how you teach on the mat.
This is not just a teacher training. It’s a process of becoming. Of unlearning. Of returning to your own voice, with a steady, rooted foundation to support others.

I fell in love with this studio from my very first class. I highly recommend the introductory offer of unlimited classes for one month-- it allowed me to attend a variety of classes, and I loved them all! Every instructor, while each so different individually, had a spiritual touch to begin their class. The atmosphere allows you to detach from the cares of life and devote an hour to your own wellness and inner peace. All the instructors are approachable, easy to talk with, and eager to help you feel comfortable in their class. You will love practicing yoga here.
