Our upcoming 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training runs from January 7th to April 15th, 2025. Weekly sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 4:30–7:30 PM and Sundays from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM at the studio.
In addition to these in-person sessions, the program includes two one-hour virtual practice sessions with Loren, as well as online anatomy modules to deepen your understanding of movement, structure, and safe teaching practices.

Meet Your Trainer
Loren has devoted over 30 years to the practice of classical yoga asanas, a discipline that has shaped her confidence, inner strength, willpower, and resilience. Her primary Sadhana is Ashtanga Yoga, Mysore style. Over the course of her journey, Loren has completed six yoga trainings, authored and led her own 200-hour and 300-hour teacher training curriculums, and taught extensively across the country.
Her lifelong study includes Vedic philosophy, bhajans, and pranayama. She remains a dedicated and disciplined student of yoga, currently practicing Ashtanga under the guidance of Suresh Bhat in Mysore, India. With a deep passion for pranayama, Loren is also studying in India with Guru BNS Iyengar, one of the last living teachers from Krishnamacharya’s original group of students.
Loren looks forward to sharing the wisdom and experience gained from her decades of practice and study, bringing both tradition and inspiration to our teacher training series.
