Fundamentals

Beginner friendly

This class is focused on the fundamentals of a yoga practice; creating a strong foundation. Postures are taught from the ground up with precise alignment cues and may include the use of props to support the practice. Fundamental classes simplify the language and practice to empower students and help them become confident practitioners of any class. This is the starting point and beginning to any yoga practice!

Ashtanga

Ashtanga Vinyasa is one of the classic forms of asana practice that brought yoga to America. This class will move you through a modified form of Ashtanga primary series which features Sun Salutations, followed by a rigorous set of standing and balancing poses followed by many deep-seated postures combined with Vinyasa. You will find many hands on adjustments to assist the depth of postures and inspire strength and flexibility. This is a fixed sequence that can be built upon over time. Leave feeling energized, rejuvenated, and balanced in body and mind.

All levels are welcome, however a prior yoga practice is recommended

Vinyasa

Flow is a vigorous practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement. These classes are challenging, while modifications are given for alignment and to deepen postures. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing your body and calming your mind. 

All levels welcome, prior experience recommended


Slow Flow

This is a great style before moving into a flow class. The is sequenced at a slower pace, with fewer transitions and slightly more time to linger in poses. This nourishing practice is for those times when you want the movement of a flow class at a more meditative pace. Great for those newer to yoga as well as seasoned yogis.

Vinyasa Express

Step up your yoga practice with this 45 minute Vinyasa Flow class. This dynamic and flowing sequence moves swiftly through challenging postures to build strength and endurance. With a focus on deep and consistent breath work, each movement is guided by your breath, enhancing the intensity and depth of your practice. Join us as we explore the transformative power of movement and breath in this invigorating class.

All levels welcome, prior experience recommended



Yin Yoga

Yin classes involve floor based, long held deep stretches that mainly work the lower part of the body. The extended time in each posture targets the deepest tissues of the body (connective tissue and joints) while rewarding the body with greater mobility. This slow movement stimulates the mind and creates a meditative opportunity for students. The use of props will assist the body for opening and releasing.

Hot Beginner Flow

This flow style class will move a little slower than our Hot Vinyasa classes, to prepare the body to adjust to the heat. This will allow the teacher ample time to give more modifications and guide students to become familiar with breathing in a hot room. This is a great class for all levels as it builds stamina and challenges the mind and the body. The room will be set between 90-95 degrees. 


Hot Vinyasa

A dynamic combination of strength, flexibility, and sweat. Each teacher adds their personal creativity to this flowing form of yoga. The room is heated to 103° with infra-red heat to warm the body from the inside out to encourage detoxification and deeper stretching to assist flexibility. Class is open to students however prior Vinyasa practice is recommended. 



Rest + Reset Meditation

Relieve daily stress with the soothing sounds of Alchemy Crystal Bowls'. This evening class focuses on grounding, helping you rest and reset your mind, perfect for preparing for a peaceful sleep. We start with a centering mantra, cleansing breaths, and a guided meditation. Restorative postures with props and soothing aromatherapy enhance relaxation, allowing you to immerse yourself in the present moment. The class concludes with two minutes of silence.


BodySculpt

Our 50 minute BodyFit classes are suitable for all levels, and structured to deliver a comprehensive full-body workout. We provide light handheld weights, resistance bands, balls, and gliders to help you achieve optimal muscle fatigue. These classes utilize specialized props to precisely engage specific muscle groups like the thighs, core, and glutes. Through low-impact movements, our classes offer an invigorating workout while reducing the risk of injury.


Barre

Our 50-minute Barre workout is fast-paced and combines small movements that strengthen and tone your body. This class will also tighten and lengthen your muscles, giving you a full-body workout using various props such as light hand weights, pilates balls, and resistance bands. This class is sure to get your heart pumping!

Aerial Fundamentals

Classes introduce students to the building blocks of Aerial Yoga, teaching proper hammock positioning for optimal support in various poses. Develop body awareness, strength, and endurance. Each session includes supported inversions which assist in spinal decompression. The instructor will assess the class to determine a playful windup, flip or trick to practice. Enjoy a playful and fun atmosphere in every Fundamentals class. Class ends with Savasana suspended in the silks 

Aerial Flow

This 75-minute aerial yoga workshop will utilize the breath to move through aerial yoga asanas (poses) while “flowing” through the silks. Creative sequencing using the hammock will increase the strength needed to develop a strong aerial yoga practice. We will explore movements that will assist with flexibility while lengthening the spine and creating more space in the body. The class will end with a relaxing savasana where students are invited to float above the ground in the silk.

Join us for a soul-nourishing Slow Flow yoga class, where every breath is an opportunity to support one another. This class operates on a donation basis, allowing us to extend our practice beyond the mat and into the hearts of our community. Your contributions directly benefit a member in need, fostering unity, compassion, and healing. Come flow with us and make a meaningful difference, one breath at a time.

Mobility and Movement

Beginner Friendly

Discover the transformative power of functional movement incorporating pilates in our Mobility & Movement class. This practice is designed to enhance mobility & stability while promoting optimal blood flow. Through deliberate, deep stretches, core-strengthening exercises, and mindful movements, we awaken the body's natural flow, releasing tension and inviting fresh energy to circulate freely. This class is carefully crafted to encourage flexibility, improve joint health, strengthen the core, and stimulate circulation throughout the body. Join us as we embrace the fluidity of movement and unlock the body's innate ability to thrive. The class will conclude with a guided meditation and soothing sound bath.
